This beautiful villa and the estate that it is part of, belongs to the erstwhile Dogra royal family of Kashmir. Built over eighty years ago, the beautifully designed red brick and stone house is bound to charm you.

The location of the homestay is fantastic, with lush fruit orchards all around, magnificent views of Dal Lake and beautiful mountains around the estate. The house offers its travellers a natural sanctuary close to the heart of Srinagar.

The villa is symmetrically built and offers six spacious rooms, three on the ground level and three on the first floor, all offering fantastic views of the lake, orchards and the mountains. The house is simply and elegantly designed with lots of cozy indoor and outdoor hangout spaces for one to sit back and soak all the beauty!
