Made with natural stone and reclaimed wood quite like what it is supposed to be for a house in the hills, the high roofs, wooden floors, huge glass windows and the views will leave you absolutely in love and charmed by this amazing place!

ABOUT THE STAY

This charming wood and stone cottage is a summer home to Oli and Rupam, a sweet couple from Delhi. Passionate about art and architecture, they constructed this beautiful cottage with a lot of love and effort, which is evident is every part of the house.

The house is a short walk from Naukuchiatal lake and offers beautiful views of lush mountains. The decor of the house is lovely and makes you want to call this place home forever!

THE ROOMS

The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 lofts, a cozy kitchen and small front lawn. There is one bedroom on the ground floor next to the kitchen and two bedrooms on the first floor. Both bedrooms on the first floor have attached lofts.

The windows in the rooms and the loft offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains, the interiors and decor is warm and cozy and all these elements combine to make this cottage an ideal weekend getaway to relax and unwind.

For the ones who like to stay in and relax, this is a great place to read and write. The various, cozy indoor nooks and the charming outdoor spaces act as inspiring writing corners.

There are various nature trails that one can embark on around Naukuchiatal Lake, which is a 5 minute walk from the cottage through a beautiful path.

For travellers seeking some adrenaline, you could go to the lake to kayak or fly up in the air while para-gliding.

Sight-seer's have the option of exploring Bhimtal, Nainital and Mukhteshwar, all located 30 minutes -2 hours away from the cottage.
